Nestled between Downtown St. Paul and Downtown Minneapolis, this lovely brewery offers awesome outdoor seating with food trucks parked outside every night. With an ever-changing beer list packed with variety, Lake Monster quickly made its way to the top of my list.

Can you say you've poured your own?! This unique brewery allows you to pick from their wide-variety of brews on tap and pour your own sizes. Whether you want a whole pint or a flight of a bunch of different beers, The Lab has something for everyone. 

Although their beer house had to temporarily close due to COVID, this was one of my all time favorite places to grab a beer. Filled with unique food options and free tours of the brewery, Surly's edgy charm will always have a place in my heart.
